Hi Pari,
As mentioned by you this is Standard Field. Yes, it is field from standard layout feature provided by SAP which you can hide/show as per your requirement.
You want to remove/suppress this field from Layout as well as from Hidden section. This is not advisable. SAP has already given feature to hide fields.
You can add/remove and modify your own layout and you can save for your use as per your convenience. This feature we discussed in previous thread.
