Out of the box we still only support the english variant. However, we have delivered an enhancement point so that you can use custom code to pick whatever variant you need, e.g. based on customer language or location.
At this point we have no plans to make further enhancements to the front end ticket Summary feature. However, our next release will (tentatively) include the ability to automatically attach a summary PDF to outgoing email notifications. In that context, you'll be able to manually (or via custom code) pick the variant that should be used.
