Hi Swarna,

Thanks a lot for your support, I have found that order is locked during transfer which shuold be normal.

But I face a new issue, since we are using ipad c4c native app, and with this application any change happen on the order then system will save it by auto, so if sales rep do any change he has to wait till the order transfer status become as finished.
