I believe we fixed an issue in v2.0.1 caused by having 2 sia's on the same host. Can you turn on the logging and rerun it with the same options, then send me the log? I can validate if it's the same issue.
Logs are written to the logging folder where you installed/extracted the bi support tool. You can turn on tracing from within Preferences.
