We are enabling embedded BW in our GRC system. To extract the data from GRC data mart tables, we need to configure the time frame in tcode GRFN_BI_TF_CUST. We have configured this in production and currently extracting data to BW data targets. But I would like to understand how to go ahead for subsequent time frames.
For example, currently we have configured the Year in GRFN_BI_TF_CUST as 2016 for current year, so that BW infopackages pick up the 2016 data from data mart tables. For next year, i.e. 2017, how to automate the GRFN_BI_TF_CUST to pick up the year automatically with out manual intervention in production.
Please let me know if anyone of you have done the same and how to do it. If this is not possible, what is the best solution to maintain GRFN_BI_TF_CUST?
