you can define import parameter as standard table. By calling the FM, you have to pass the range/select option as table with [].

SELECT-OPTIONS car FOR sflight-carrid.

CALL FUNCTION 'Z_IBO_FM_TEST1'
  EXPORTING
    it_data        = car[]

in FM, import parameter as Standard table.
