This is not a bug.
You need to change the following entry in the table DMC_RT_PARAMS:
PARAM_NAME = REPL_ENABLE_OTHER_TARGET
PARAM_VALUE = X
Though keep in mind we do not officially support non-ABAP source to non-ABAP target if the traget is not HANA. So you will do this at your own risk.
