I need your helf for the following.
I am currently using AO 1.4.7 and I need to export some tables and charts to PPT.
I have the following questions:
1) Is it possible to keep the same formatted table (color,font etc.) from excel? When I export the tables to ppt - it changes completely the layout.
if not.
How can I format the ppt so that it does not change when it opens and refresh the data from BI?
2) Is it better to create the charts in excel and then export to ppt or to create the charts directly in ppt?
3) I need to export tables with exceptions - I tried but it did not work, is it possible? with which release?
4) I want to avoid using the BI platform ( the transport process is quite demanding) and access the query and save the workbooks and PPT directly in SAP - are there any cons ?
Can I use the BI roles to do that ? if not
How and where shall I create the role to save the AO and ppt documents?
5) I would like to update my AO to release 2.2 - on the BI Server we have the release AO1.4.7 because of another Project.
if I create workbooks with AO 2.2 and then save them to the BI Server in compatibility mode - can the user (using AO 1.4.7) still open my workbooks?
6) Is it possible to install more than one AO version on the computer ?
I would really appreciate if you can help me with these problems - I am really struggling.
