Thanks for the support.

I have created an application in web ide by selecting version SAPUI5 1.28 (1.28.3) , because my backend UI version is 1.28.

Now Cannot read property 'getResourceBundle' of undefined  issue is resolved but getting File sap/zxxx_28/index.html NOT found!

i have added application into fiori launchpad as tile, here also same message(File sap/zxxx_28/index.html NOT found!) is displaying on the screen.

I found one thing here, Project folder structure do not having index.html file.

Please help me on this.
