Hi krishna,
1. Open the User whom you want to give Privilege and Go to Object Privilege Tab.
2. Add The Table and Select It.
3. Enable "SELECT", "INSERT", "UPDATE" AND "DELETE" Checkbox and Execute it.
Now this user also have READ/WRITE Privilege for your Table.
