I haven't used that functionality, but this is what I did - I found ADRNR for the contact person, ran SE16 with this selection and started changing some values and observed the results:
If you try this approach and also use the information from the descriptions for the values of R3_USER in your screenshot, you will be able to answer the question on your own.
