Thanks for the reply.please see below.

used SUM10SP16_10-10010188.SAR to get SUM tool , but not able to get gui. Its showing SL controller started .. but no gui is coming.

hostagent used SAPHOSTAGENT14_14-20009415.SAR installed with saphostexec -install (in st06 statistics running)
