HANA Upgrade from SPS09 to SPS11

Hello Experts,

We are planning for HANA Enterprise (Datawarehouse Solution) upgrade from HANA 1.0 SPS 09 to HANA 1.0 SPS 11

Pls inform the Preparations teps (before and post upgrade) and lessons learnt that need to performed in real-time customer scenario.

We have Landscape of SBX, DEV, QA and PROD Environments (with SLT and BODS as replication technologies).

Kindly suggest.
