I found out that the value actually comes from "preliminary valuation" value. If I check in CK13N, and input the same quantity like in CKM3N, i found the variable at RM Total for 73,398.80. (as below)

This value should be included to the value in CKM3N.

My question now, how does SAP calculate the preliminary value?
