Trusted RFC showing " Inconsistency : Relationship data does not on server and RDS implementation Errors.

Hi All,

We are creating a trusted RFC Between NW7.5(EWM Add-on) to S/4 HANA Server

while doing configuration i created a RFC in SM59 and use SMT1 t-code to create a Trusted RFC in both systems but the error i'm facing in S/4 HANA server. when i check the connection in SMT2 on S/4 HANA Server. unable to analyze and rectify the issue please give some inputs to clear the issue.
