Hi Smithesh,
From your screen shots, there is no service there active with the external service name of SM_INTEGRATION_SRV. Click on Add Service and look for it again. Any service you create will start with a Z if you leave it to what SAP creates for you.
In my system, SM_INTEGRATION_SRV is deprecated. The new one is SM_INTEGRATION_V2_SRV.
